When you make a booking or submit an inquiry through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, selected rooms, and your message.
We use this information solely to manage your booking or answer your inquiry. We may contact you by email or phone about your reservation. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Submissions are stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore). Data is retained only as long as needed for our booking records.
